Constitution, Officers and Committee
The West Lothian Grapevine Twinning Association was established and its Constitution agreed at a well attended public meeting on 7th February 2008. Officers and committee members were appointed at the first AGM, which was held on 27th May, 2008.

Funding
West Lothian Council has provided a grant of £10,000 per annum towards the costs of establishing and operating the Association. Funding has also been provided by ERDC, membership subscriptions and through the fundraising efforts of the Association itself.
